Fifth Ingenium

Extended reality + AI for industry, education and healthcare

Fifth Ingenium is an Italian technology company that designs extended reality (XR) solutions combined with artificial intelligence for manufacturing, energy, education, healthcare and cultural experiences. Its multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers and specialists works at the meeting point of XR, AI, IoT and 5G.

All of its products are built on XRV, Fifth Ingenium's own cross-device platform. Its guiding principle — pick the best device for the use case, not the use case for the device — means customers can use AR glasses, VR headsets, smartphones, tablets or PCs without being locked into a single hardware vendor.

Deployment is just as flexible: SaaS, public or private cloud, on-premises, hybrid or fully air-gapped — a strong fit for organizations in the Middle East and Africa with data-sovereignty and in-country hosting requirements.

Spectravia represents Fifth Ingenium across the Middle East and Africa, with a particular focus on BraIND for oil & gas, energy and manufacturing, and TINALP for universities.

BraIND

BraIND is the knowledge layer for industrial work. It brings the know-how of senior technicians to every frontline worker, hands-free — combining extended reality, AI and digital workflows in a single platform for Industry 4.0.

One deployment covers digital work instructions, remote expert assistance, inspection and quality control, and immersive digital-twin training. It runs on the devices you already own, including ATEX Zone 1 certified glasses for hazardous areas, and can be hosted fully on-premises or in-country to meet data-residency requirements.

  • Guides — step-by-step AR instructions anchored to the machine, with traceable digital checklists and photo evidence
  • Remote Assist — experts see what the operator sees and annotate directly on the equipment, from a standard web browser
  • Training — practice on a high-fidelity digital twin with no risk to people or equipment
  • Optional AI — conversational retrieval over your own documents, computer vision, live translation and a private on-premises AI agent
  • Integration with CMMS / EAM (e.g. SAP PM, IBM Maximo), ERP and SCADA / IoT systems
  • Migration path for procedures from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Guides

TINALP

TINALP is an end-to-end immersive learning solution built around the Augmented Classroom: a live, shared, multi-user XR session where instructors and learners interact in real time with 2D and 3D content.

Rather than a fixed catalogue of lessons, TINALP gives faculty the tools to build their own — starting from existing teaching material — so institutions develop a lasting internal capability. It enhances teaching rather than replacing the teacher, and scales without requiring a headset for every student.

  • No-code, presentation-style editor with an AI assistant to structure lessons
  • Import 3D models and 2D content — images, PDFs, video, 360° media and live data
  • Works across XR headsets, smartphones and tablets, with mirroring to screens and whiteboards
  • Remote participation with avatars, built-in quizzes and learning analytics
  • TINALP Academy onboarding so faculty can author lessons independently
  • Cloud by default, with on-premises or private-cloud options and Microsoft 365 single sign-on
